Power Plate harmonic vibration training in 9, 18 or 27 minute sessions, guided by our team and matched to your individual program. Designed to support circulation, lymphatic movement, muscle activation and recovery. $50 for a 20 minute session. Individual results vary.

Cancellation Policy

The full payment will be required when booking. If more than 24 hours notice is given, your appointment may be refunded or rescheduled. If a notice of less than 24 hours is given or appointment is no-showed, your deposit will not be refundable.
